Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts carefully following the instructions below to ensure efficient review and publication.


1. General Requirements

     ~Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. 
     ~Submit files in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format. 
     ~Use clear, concise, and grammatically correct English. 
     ~Standard page size (A4), 1-inch margins, 12-pt Times New Roman, and 1.5 line spacing.


2. Manuscript Structure

A typical paper should include the following sections (unless otherwise specified):


Title Page

Title of the paper (concise and descriptive)||Author(s) full name(s) and affiliation(s)||Corresponding author’s email address

Abstract

150–250 words||3–6 keywords

Main Text

Introduction||Methodology||Results||Discussion||Conclusion

References

APA / MLA / Chicago


3. Tables and Figures

      ~Number sequentially (Table 1, Figure 1, etc.)

      ~Provide clear titles, captions, and sources (if applicable).

      ~Submit figures in high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi).


4. Ethical and Legal Considerations

      ~Declare any conflicts of interest and funding sources.

      ~Ensure ethical approval for research involving humans or animals.

      ~Obtain permission for any copyrighted material.


5. Supplementary Information

      ~Appendices, datasets, or multimedia files

      ~Clearly reference supplementary items within the main text


6. Final Checklist Before Submission 

      ~The manuscript fits the journal’s aims and scope

      ~All authors have reviewed and approved the final version

      ~Figures, tables, and references are cited correctly

      ~Grammar, spelling, and formatting have been checked
